My name is Crystal Mallow and I have been interested in photography since I was a young child. I share my passion for photography with my mother. As I was growing up she always had a camera in her hand. My mother passed away at a young age, but her pictures keep the story of her life alive. Memories that have been forgotten are instantaneously brought back to life the moment I see one of her photographs. From a photograph I can remember everything that was happening in that moment. I can remember feelings, and emotions, I can relive each moment through her pictures.
I have been a hobby photographer for nine years now. I have decided to share my passion with others by expanding my hobby to a professional level and offering my services to others. My main goal is to capture the individual or group of individual’s personality in my portraits. I want your portrait to tell a story, to tell who you are inside and out so years from now you and your family can look back on these memories and cherish them forever.
I do studio sessions although my main passion is capturing someone in a more natural environment. In a park, backyard, in front of a historic building, with the fall leaves or spring flowers. These places allow you to be more comfortable and in turn allow me to capture the true you.
